We are offering the leading Brown's Gas Watertorch:

Special notice - The production of the ER1200 Watertorch has been temporarily put on hold. The ER1200 will be replaced by the ER1800 when production resumes. More output and features at the same expected price. For more information click HERE.

The ER 1200

The ER1200 Watertorch is capable of producing 1,200 continuous liters of Brown’s Gas per hour, allowing you to cut steel up to 4 inches thick. An optional capacitor upgrade ($100) will allow the ER1200 to produce 1,600 liters per hour. We highly recommend this investment as it will increase the capacity of your ER1200 by 25%.  Installation of the upgraded capacitor is free if included with your initial order. The upgrade can be bought later if you change your mind and would like the additional capacity. Self-installation can be easily done in approximately 30 minutes, or if you prefer, we can do it for you.

WaterTorch Queue Registration:

We appreciate your interest in our WaterTorch Technology.
We do not currently have any ER1200 WaterTorches for sale.  Here's why...

Our WaterTorch production has been put on hold, mainly because of lack of demand for WaterTorches.

We've never advertised because word of mouth was enough to sell all the WaterTorches we could build in my Lab.
We've never had a true production line, just an experimental production line in my Lab.
We built and sold (worldwide) two hundred of ER1200 WaterTorches as we worked out the kinks in the parts manufacture, production line, shipping, etc.
We learned what things could go wrong when the WaterTorches were put into the hands of people who didn't understand how to use or maintain them.  We then modified the design and production testing procedures; creating the world's most efficient, practical and reliable WaterTorch.
ER1200 WaterTorch independent efficiency test results (without measuring heat energy produced).
WaterTorch operates at 175°F in 70°F ambient.

The ER1200 WaterTorch is superior in design (safety, weight, size, efficiency, user-friendlyness, adaptability, virtually maintenance-free, etc.) and production capability (fast assembly, low cost (comparatively), high reliability, etc).

The new ER1800 WaterTorch will be in the same sized box, and weigh about the same but will substantially surpass the standards set by the ER1200, incorporating upgrades to our technology that we didn't introduce into the ER1200 production line.  Some of the advanced features are:
1. The built in capability to be used as direct combustion assistant for external combustion applications like furnaces, boilers and powerplants.
2. The built in capability for automatic water-fill.
3. The ability to pass all CSA/UL safety standards (as currently known).
4. Built in flashback arrestors (external bubbler still recommended for gas modification and surge capability).
5. Built in pressure relief valve.
6. 20% higher gas production efficiency (more BG for the same energy input or the same BG for less energy input).
7. The ability to precisely control gas production.
8. Capability for 24/7 operation at full gas production.

Unfortunately, just as we were about to introduce our ER1800 WaterTorch technology, the economy took a dive, worldwide (except for China).
Our customers were people who had enough disposable income to justify taking a 'risk'.
When the bottom dropped out of the economy and people no longer had disposable income to risk, our WaterTorch sales dropped to near zero.  They generally had no experience with Brown's Gas (HHO) so could not know how valuable it would be to them.

In 2009 we shut down production and eventually ran out of inventory in 2010.  Our assembly line, with jigs etc. is currently in storage.

As we await the return of the economy (and potential customers), we are developing a WaterTorch Manufacturer's Course
(because we know that, if we advertised, we could NOT meet the worldwide demand ourselves).
BTW, let us know if you are interested in building your own WaterTorches and we'll put you on the list to notify when the Manufacturing Course is ready.
We expect that the economy will pick up enough to justify releasing the WaterTorch Manufacturing Course in 2013.

If you simply want a WaterTorch, you can put yourself on a Queue-list to be notified when production resumes; by filling out and sending in a Purchase Agreement
http://www.watertorch.com/buytorch/Purch_Agree.pdf

If enough people put themselves on the queue, we'll schedule an 'interim' production run of ER1200.
So if you want our WaterTorches anytime soon, just send in a Purchase Agreement as per above.
(Sending in a PA does not commit you to a purchase. It suggests a level of desire that makes it worth our while).

On the bright side, once we re-start full production (our own and/or other manufacturers) we will be selling an ER1800 WaterTorch.  It is the same size and weight but will produce 30% more BG.  We will be incorporating efficiency technology we've developed between 2005 and 2010.  We expect the price to remain about the same as the ER1200 (with options), changing only to reflect current materials and labor prices.

Once we have machines for sale, we'll activate our Queue, notify you in order of your 'reservation', giving you the option to purchase an ER1800 WaterTorch.
If you decide to purchase one, we'll then send you the current purchasing details and a shipping quote.
