What is Brown's Gas?
Brown's Gas is water that has been brought to a higher form of energy. This unique combination only comes from a Brown’s Gas electrolyzer. A Brown’s Gas flame has a temp of 274 F° in open air. Placing the flame into a bucket of water will not heat the water a significant amount. But placing a piece of tungsten in the flame will cause the tungsten to oxidize from a solid to a gas - reaching a temperature of 5000F in the matter of a few seconds. This is a very unique characteristic that applies only to Brown's Gas. Bottled hydrogen and oxygen cannot do this.
The unique characteristics of Brown’s Gas will heat ANY material to its melting point. The higher the melting point the faster the material is heated.
Applications of Brown's Gas

Very good at heating just about any material
The unique characteristics of Brown's Gas make it heat material with a higher melting point faster than material with a lower melting point. This is amazing to see.
Cut steel cleaner, faster, and cheaper than Oxy/Acetylene
Brown's Gas has very unique properties that make it an ideal gas for use in place of acetylene for flame cutting steel. The capabilities of Brown's Gas allow it to cut steel for about half the price of acetylene's fuel costs. The cutting process is also faster, reducing labor costs.
Brown's Gas is produced in the machine, so running out of acetylene during a cut is a thing of the past. Bottled oxygen is still required to cut steel; it is only added at the time the cut is made. Less oxygen is used than a comparable Oxy/Acetylene flame. In other words, the Brown’s Gas flame is self-sustaining without added oxygen.
The quality of the cut is very good, making a much cleaner cut than Oxy/Acetylene, and better than plasma with no consumables.
Puddle-weld cast iron using Brown’s Gas just as easy as you would weld steel using Oxy/Acetylene
Weld aluminum easily
Excellent at brazing and soldering due to the characteristics of the clean Brown’s Gas flame.
Laser-like flame is superior to other torch gasses; it heats only what you want to heat (i.e., safe to use when cutting auto exhausts as Brown’s Gas is less likely to start a grease fire)
